Help! I can't farm arena.

So you've found yourself trying to climb the ladders in arena and noticing the resistance that comes with time and experience, and you're bummed by that lack of sweet delicious medals?

Don't worry, if you are having trouble with getting arena medals for your weekly gleem(I really hope you are getting this) the best solution to this is to set your pvp defense to your lowest most useless mon.

It may seem counterproductive, since you get a good lob of gems at the end of the week, but when you are first starting out, make sure you do this, as it will keep you in an easier to farm league, allowing to get what you need from the shop.
